These rare transparent pencils are designed for topwater walk-the-dog fishing technique. Executed properly, the rattling floating lure mimics a lizard or frog swimming with zigzag motion on the water surface, very enticing to the predators nearby. Being transparent allows the angler to study the interior and the movements of metal beads which affect the lure actions, actually quite informative and educational. Top (9cm) is Eupro brand, bottom (8cm) unknown.
