Hi all,

I have 1 unit of newly renovated, well maintained apartment in Senai for sale.

This unit is strategically located in Senai, Kulai, along the main road that leads to major cities (Kulai and Johor Bahru), which provides the convenience to access to major amenities such as UTM, International Schools, Golf resort, Johor Premium Outlets (JPO), and etc...

It has all the facilities anyone would ask for from a condominium. It comes with 24/7 3-Tier security system that keeps all residents safe.

The unit is currently occupied with tenant (a couple working in Senai), in which the rental given can actually cover a huge portion of the installment or translate into 4-5% return of investment. Due to the fact that it is strategically located near Senai industrial park and various well-known institutions, it is not hard to get a tenant to rent the unit and hence it is somewhat a form of good investment if you have no plan to live here yourself.

Some details of the unit:
Block B Mid-high floor (7th Floor)
706 sqft
1-Bedroom, 1-Bathroom, 1-storage area unit
Freehold
Gated guarded
Fully furnished
1-parking lot
Non-bumi lot
Tenanted

Reason for selling: Gather capital for other plans.
If you are keen to acquire such an awesome and beautiful apartment, feel free to contact me for viewing.

Do note that this is not an urgent sale, it will only be a deal if the price is right. Price is negotiable for serious buyers only. Lowballers will be ignored. Agents are welcomed.

Thanks for viewing.

Cheers,
Z
