New old stock found in warehouse, stamped Made In France hand pump with pump adapter air hose attached, suitable for Presta Valve. It was being stored in warehouse with poor condition for decades. Thus expect some minor scratches and minor rust on the pump. The length is roughly 16 inches. Change inner seal for the pump to function and pump high PSI, otherwise the current condition is more suitable for displaying with your vintage bike.
