This is a vintage Tomica die-cast Cadillac Ambulance, likely from the 1970s.

The model is officially Tomica No. F2 (or sometimes F60 in foreign series) and was released around 1976.

It is produced at a 1/77 scale.

This model features opening doors and is labeled "Superior" on the roof.

It was made in Japan.
