The Iron Ranger
The Iron Ranger was initially designed in the 1930s for iron miners located in Northern Minnesota. In the decades since, the style has become indispensable for generations of owners. The women’s Iron Ranger is built with soft, premium Red Wing leather to ensure a comfortable and flexible fit. The Texon insoles form to feet, and the Puritan triple-stitched boots are constructed with a Goodyear leather welt allowing for years of wear. Speed hooks and precision lacing add a visual hit of hardware. Anchored on a Vibram® 430 Mini-lug outsole for traction, the timeless American icon is a true Heritage classic.
FIT INFORMATION
A new pair of Red Wing Women's Heritage footwear should fit comfortably tight on the foot, with enough room to freely wiggle toes. We recommend trying on footwear in store to ensure proper fit.

Use a quick exam every few weeks to determine if the leather needs maintenance. Use warm water, Foam Leather Cleaner, and a soft bristle brush to remove stuck-on dirt. Then use a clean, dry cloth to wipe away any remaining excess dirt.

Apply Leather Cream or Neutral Boot Cream to any smooth-finished leather to hydrate the leather without darkening and bolster water resistance. Black, Brown, or Burgundy Boot Creams can be used to cover scuffs on corresponding leather color.

Add extra protection to preserve your footwear. Lightly mist footwear with Leather Protector six to eight inches away from the leather in a sweeping motion. Leather Protector provides an invisible shield against moisture, dirt, oil and mud. It will not darken footwear.
