This is available for RM 900. Originally bought for 3400. It was expensive due to the high quality roof.

There is a flapping cat door, so your cat can go in and out. You can also adjust the door to make them just stay inside, of course.

I think it's best for those who prefer their cats being outdoor, and want a space for them to rest at night (or whenever they are not hunting!)
