  • This is a vintage 1941–1942 WWII United States Defense Savings Bonds Postal Savings Plan 10-cent stamp booklet/card, featuring an eagle at the top, a navy battleship illustration at the bottom, and ornate black-and-yellow borders with "10¢ Stamps" markers in the corners.

    Purpose: Issued during World War II by the U.S. government to let citizens buy 10-cent savings stamps incrementally.
