Key Responsibilities

Administrative Duties
•Handle daily administrative tasks and office documentation.
•Maintain proper filing systems for staff, operations, and client records.
•Prepare letters, reports, and correspondence as required.
•Coordinate with operations team on manpower and documentation matters.
•Perform basic accounting functions such as data entry, invoicing, and payment tracking.
•Prepare purchase orders, petty cash records, and basic expense reports.
•Assist in monitoring accounts receivable and payable.
•Support finance department with monthly documentation and records.
•Manage FOMEMA registration, medical appointment scheduling, and follow-ups.
•Assist in HR-related administrative tasks such as staff records and attendance.
•Handle phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries professionally.
•Perform any other administrative duties assigned by management.
•Handle renewal of work permits for foreign security personnel.
•Prepare and submit required documents for permit renewal.
•Monitor permit expiry dates and ensure timely renewal.

Administrative Executive

Position: Patrolling Officer

About the Role
As a Patrolling Officer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the safety and security of our clients’ premises. This full-time position offers a competitive salary and the opportunity to work with a leading security services provider.

Key Responsibilities
1.	Conduct regular patrols of assigned areas to monitor for suspicious activities or potential security breaches
2.	Respond promptly to alarms and security incidents, taking appropriate action when required
3.	Maintain accurate and detailed records of patrols, incidents, and actions taken
4.	Provide excellent customer service and ensure clients’ security requirements are met
5.	Work closely with the security team to implement and improve security procedures
6.	Comply with all company policies, procedures, and health & safety regulations
7.	Prepare and submit monthly reports to clients

Requirements
1.	Minimum 2 years of experience in a security or patrolling role
2.	Strong observation and problem-solving skills with the ability to act decisively in emergencies
3.	Good communication and interpersonal skills
4.	Physically fit and able to stand or patrol for extended periods
5.	Clear KDN Vetting
6.	Reliable, punctual, and committed to delivering high-quality service
7.	Basic computer skills
