Customer Service Executive (Full-Time)

FUJI HEALTH SYSTEM & CERTIFY SDN. BHD. is a GDPMD- and MDA-certified company and the main healthcare distributor for FUJIIRYOKI Japan, established in 1954 and recognized as the world's first manufacturer of electrotherapy chairs.

We specialize in medical machinery, healthcare equipment, elderly care products and dietary supplements.

This role focuses on customer service, sales support, administration and documentation to support smooth daily operations.

OFFICE ADDRESS: No. 17, Jalan 9/23E, Taman Danau Kota, 53300 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full-Time

SALARY RANGE: RM1,700 – RM2,500 per month

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
1 -Handle customer enquiries through WhatsApp, phone calls and other communication channels.
2- Explain company products and guide customers on product usage.
3- Arrange customer appointments and follow up on enquiries and sales.
4- Prepare and manage sales documents, including invoices, receipts and warranty cards.
5- Assist with product deliveries to customers and explain how to use the machines.
6- Assist with company events, roadshows and other sales-related activities.
7- Perform other duties assigned by Management.

REQUIREMENTS
1- Responsible, punctual and committed to work.
2- Good communication and customer service skills.
3- Willing to learn about company products and product usage.
4- Able to follow instructions and work with a team.
5- Willing to travel for customer deliveries and company events when required.
6- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
