Recovery Officer

• Collect payments from delinquent customers.
• Call customers using all approved mode of communications.
• Set up repayment plans for customers.
• Advise customers of necessary actions and strategies for debt repayment.
• High volume phone calls to assigned delinquent customers.
• Meet defined department goals and activity metric.
• Always abide to the FDP, FSA, IFSA, AMLA and PDPA.
• Follow up frequently for payment commitments.
• To compile and submit information about problematic accounts to the Unit Manager.
