Job Description
-Project Coordination: Plan, schedule, and monitor assigned engineering projects to ensure execution matches timelines and blueprints.
-Technical Oversight: Review engineering designs, drawings, and deliverables; initiate corrective actions where technical issues or discrepancies occur.
-Stakeholder Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact between clients, architects, subcontractors, and the project manager.
-Field Support & RFIs: Generate and manage Requests for Information (RFIs), change orders, and submittals to keep field operations moving seamlessly.
-Quality & Safety Assurance: Perform daily quality control audits and enforce compliance with industry codes, performance standards, and site safety policies.
-Budget Tracking: Assist in cost estimation, monitor expenditure, evaluate subcontractor bids, and maintain the project budget database.
-Permitting & Compliance: Coordinate with local authorities and regulatory agencies to secure necessary project permits and clearances.
