Job Description
*Cost Estimation & Budgeting: Prepare initial cost estimates, feasibility studies, detailed bills of quantities (BQ), and comprehensive project budgets.
*Tendering & Procurement: Manage the tendering process, analyze subcontractor bids, negotiate terms, and issue contract documents.
*Contract Administration: Advise on legal contract strategies and ensure strict adherence to agreements during the building process.
*Valuations & Variations: Value completed site works, manage variations (changes to the original design), and arrange progress payments for subcontractors.
*Cost Control & Forecasting: Monitor ongoing project expenditure, perform financial risk analysis, and produce regular cost-status reports for stakeholders.
*Final Accounts: Negotiate and settle final accounts with clients, main contractors, and subcontractors at project completion.
*Any others task assigned by superior.
