Enumerator / Penemubual Call Center

Merdeka Center is looking for individuals who are interested in joining our research / survey projects as Enumerators / Interviewers.

📋 JOB SCOPE
Conduct survey interviews entirely via telephone calls
Contact respondents based on the provided list/phone numbers
Conduct interviews according to the survey questionnaire
Record respondents’ answers accurately and completely
Ensure papers/questionnaires are completed according to the assigned target
Attend briefings and follow instructions from the supervisor
Maintain the confidentiality of respondents’ information

💰 PAYMENT / EARNINGS
Part Time = meal allowance + incentive
Contract = basic + ot + incentive
Payment is calculated based on each completed paper/questionnaire
A paper will only be counted for payment after it has been verified by the Verifier and meets the standards/quality requirements set by Merdeka Center
Payment rates depend on the project — each project has a different rate, ranging from RM5 – RM25 per paper
Total earnings depend on the number of completed, verified papers that meet the required standards

🍱 MEAL ALLOWANCE
🕘 9.00 AM – 6.00 PM: RM10
🌙 6.00 PM – 9.00 PM: RM6

👤 REQUIREMENTS
Malaysian
Good communication skills
Confident and comfortable speaking over the phone (Bahasa Melayu or Tamil or Mandarin or any dialect)
Responsible, punctual and hardworking
Able to work according to assigned targets
Previous experience as an Enumerator / Call Centre Agent is an advantage
