General Handyman

Responsibilities
• Carry out electrical, plumbing and general building maintenance.
• Perform daily inspections of common areas.
• Attend to owners' and tenants' maintenance complaints.
• Carry out preventive maintenance and repair work.
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests.
• Assist in supervising contractors when required.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Immediate Superior.

Requirements
• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and building maintenance.
• Able to work independently and on-call when required.
• Possess own transport.
