- Assist the Sales Team in preparing quotations, rental agreements, and other sales-related documents.
- Respond to customer enquiries regarding the rental of boom lifts, scissor lifts, and other machinery via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
- Follow up on quotations, rental orders, and customer requests to support the sales process.
- Coordinate with the Operations and Service Departments to ensure timely machine delivery, collection, and servicing.
- Prepare delivery orders (DO), invoices, and other supporting documents when required.
- Maintain and update customer records, sales reports, and rental schedules.
- Monitor rental contracts and remind customers of contract renewals, extensions, or equipment off-hire.
- Build and maintain good relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Assist in resolving customer issues by coordinating with the relevant departments.
- Support the Sales Team in achieving monthly sales and rental targets.
- Perform general administrative duties and other tasks assigned by the Sales  Manager or Management.

Working hours:

- Perform repair, troubleshooting, and maintenance of boom lifts and scissor lifts at customer sites throughout Kuala Lumpur and Selangor.
- Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical faults, and carry out necessary repairs efficiently.
- Conduct preventive maintenance and servicing to ensure equipment is in safe and optimal working condition.
- Perform quality control (QC) inspections on boom lifts and scissor lifts before and after servicing, as well as prior to delivery.
- Ensure all repair and maintenance work complies with company safety standards and manufacturer specifications.
- Complete service reports, inspection checklists, and other required documentation accurately.
- Communicate with customers regarding equipment conditions, repair recommendations, and service updates.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicles in good working condition.
- Follow all workplace safety regulations and company procedures while working on-site.
- Carry out other duties as assigned by the Service Manager or Supervisor.
