Sales Assistant

Working hours:
Mon-Sat : 8am-5pm


- Assist the Sales Team in preparing quotations, rental agreements, and other
sales-related documents.
- Respond to customer enquiries regarding the rental of boom lifts, scissor
lifts, and other machinery via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
- Follow up on quotations, rental orders, and customer requests to support the
sales process.
- Coordinate with the Operations and Service Departments to ensure timely
machine delivery, collection, and servicing.
- Prepare delivery orders (DO), invoices, and other supporting documents when
required.
- Maintain and update customer records, sales reports, and rental schedules.
- Monitor rental contracts and remind customers of contract renewals,
extensions, or equipment off-hire.
- Build and maintain good relationships with existing and prospective
customers.
- Assist in resolving customer issues by coordinating with the relevant
departments.
- Support the Sales Team in achieving monthly sales and rental targets.
- Perform general administrative duties and other tasks assigned by the Sales
Manager or Management.
