Job Description
Job Scope:
• Manage the recruitment process, coordinate and/or conduct interviews, and liaise with relevant Heads of Department regarding potential candidates.
• Conduct research on sourcing channels and networks to identify potential candidates.
• Ensure all application and hiring documents are completed accurately and within the stipulated timeline.
• Monitor employee probation periods and follow up with relevant Head of Department regarding confirmation status.
• Assist in analyzing current and future workforce needs, and ensure the recruitment, development, and promotion of a diverse workforce.
• Assist in leave management, including monitoring and tracking leave applications.
• Handle employee grievances, manage disciplinary actions, and foster a positive working environment.
• Oversee daily HR operations, including payroll processing, employee onboarding, and offboarding.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and implement HR policies and procedures.
• Prepare, review, and issue official correspondence to relevant parties for various HR matters such as appointments, confirmation of employment, termination of service, and other administrative matters, while ensuring timely delivery.
Requirements:
• Degree/ Diploma in Human Resources Management/ Business Administration or related field.
• Proactive , excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented, have a sense of urgency and able to meet deadlines.
• Competency in using Microsoft Office.
• Well-versed in the Malaysian Employment Act, labour laws, statutory requirements, and other relevant regulations, with a strong foundational understanding of compliance requirements.
