Job Requirements
• Candidate must possess at least SPM/STPM or similar field, or in the process of obtaining professional qualifications.
• Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in indoor sales would be an added advantage.
• Fresh graduates with a desire learning attitude, good at sales communication with people are encouraged to apply
• Basic knowledge of Adobe Illustrator would be added advantage.
• Language required: English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin.
• Skills required: Communication Skills, Sales Experience, Organizational Skills, Teamwork.
• Ability to work independently.
• Positive attitude and responsible character.
• Pleasant personality with focus on excellence in customer service.
• Prior working experience will be an added advantage.
• Able to start work immediately.
• Working location: Taman Perindustrian OUG, Batu 6 Jalan Puchong, 58200 Kuala Lumpur. (Opposite OUG Parklane)
Job Responsibility
• Responsible for the daily indoor sales operation of the designated product in the division.
• Liaising with customers to process orders, handle inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
• Assisting the sales team with various tasks such as preparing & following up on leads.
• Respond to customer inquiries and complaints on company's services and products.
