We’re looking for friendly, enthusiastic, and reliable Part-Time Sales Assistants to help customers find the right badminton and pickleball equipment while providing excellent customer service.

Job Responsibilities

* Welcome and assist customers with their purchases.
* Recommend badminton and pickleball equipment based on customers’ needs.
* Operate the POS system and process cash/card payments.
* Replenish stock and maintain attractive product displays.
* Keep the store clean, organised, and well-presented.
* Assist with stock receiving and inventory checks.
* Support daily store opening and closing duties.

Requirements

* Friendly, positive attitude and good communication skills.
* Passion for badminton, pickleball, or sports is an advantage.
* Retail or sales experience is preferred but not required—training will be provided.
* Responsible, punctual, and willing to learn.
* Able to work weekends and public holidays when scheduled.
* Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin is an added advantage.

Working Schedule

* 2–3 days per week
* 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (including meal breaks)
* Flexible roster (weekdays and weekends)

Salary & Benefits

* RM100–RM120 per day (depending on experience and performance) or RM10–RM15 per hour (choose whichever pay structure you intend to use)
* Sales commission and performance incentives.
* EPF, SOCSO & EIS provided (where applicable under Malaysian employment regulations).
