IT and Network & Server Support Technician

We are looking for a skilled and responsible Network/Server Technician to join our IT support team in Kuala Lumpur.

a) Age 20–28 years old (Minimum 2 years working experience)
b) Must be willing to travel around KL for onsite support
c) Strong troubleshooting knowledge in Windows PCs and networking
d) must have own transport

Job Responsibilities

1. Provide onsite IT technical support for office and business clients around Kuala Lumpur
2. Troubleshoot Windows PC, printers, and network related issues
3. Setup and configure routers, switches, firewalls, WiFi networks, and structured networking
4. Perform server setup, server migration/configuration, Active Directory setup, RAID configuration, and network mapping

5. Handle basic server maintenance, backup, and troubleshooting
Support LAN/WAN networking and internet connectivity issues
Requirements

Qualifications
1. Proven experience in PC/IT support, network management, and troubleshooting Knowledge in LAN/WiFi networking, router setup, firewall setup, server setup, RAID configuration, and Active Directory

2.Familiar with server mapping and network infrastructure setup
Strong problem-solving and technical troubleshooting skills
