Job Description
TUGAS DAN TANGGUNGJAWAB:
· Menyokong dapur pusat dan cawangan dalam penyelenggaraan serta
pembaikan sistem M&E (Mekanikal & Elektrikal)
· Melaksanakan aktiviti penyelenggaraan am untuk restoran termasuk
penjagaan fasiliti, servis berkala bagi chiller, freezer, penghawa dingin,
peralatan dapur dan lain-lain
· Berurusan dengan kontraktor pihak ketiga bagi semua kerja
penyelenggaraan rutin dan isu berkaitan penyelenggaraan apabila
diperlukan
· Melaksanakan langkah-langkah penyelenggaraan pencegahan secara berkala
di restoran
· Menyelesaikan masalah kegagalan bekalan elektrik, isu saliran dan
kerosakan peralatan
· Menjalankan pemeriksaan kualiti berkala terhadap barangan elektrik,
peralatan dan sistem bagi memastikan semuanya mematuhi piawaian
· Melaksanakan tugas-tugas ad-hoc lain seperti yang diarahkan oleh pihak
Pengurusan
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· To support centre kitchen and outlets on M&E system maintenance and
repair
· To carry out general maintenance activities for restaurants that include
facilities upkeep, routine service of chiller, freezer, aircon, kitchen equipment
etc
· To liaise with third party contractors for all routine maintenance and upkeep
issues or as and when required
· To perform routine preventive maintenance measures in restaurants
· To troubleshoot power failure, drainage issue and equipment breakdown
· To conduct periodic quality checks on electrical items, equipment, and
systems to ensure everything is up to standard
· Any ad-hoc duties as required by Management
