Security Officer Key Responsibilities * Ensure safety & security of employees, assets and premises * Supervise and manage Security Guards during shifts * Conduct regular patrols and ensure compliance * Monitor security systems (CCTV, access control, alarm, etc.) * Report incidents, faults, and daily activities to superior * Assist in ID tag management (issuance, replacement, control) * Perform basic troubleshooting of security systems * Liaise with Police, Fire Department & Hospital during emergencies * Escort VIPs/visitors when required * Verify guard deployment, attendance & patrol activities * Maintain cleanliness of guardhouse and security areas Patrolling Officer Key Responsibilities 1. Providing excellent customer service to clients and ensuring their security needs are met 5. Collaborating with the security team to implement and improve security protocols 6.
