1. Maintain and update accounting records, ledgers, and financial transactions.
2. Process accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
3. Prepare and issue invoices, payment vouchers, and receipts.
4. Reconcile bank statements and company accounts regularly.
5. Monitor outstanding payments and follow up with customers and vendors.
6. Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
7. Prepare financial reports, schedules, and supporting documentation.
8. Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
9. Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management activities.
Assist with audits by providing required financial information and documentation.
10. Handle employee expense claims and reimbursements.
11. Maintain proper filing and documentation of accounting records.
12. Perform other finance and administrative duties as assigned.
