Maintaining accurate financial records, updating databases, and assisting with monthly reports.
Managing filing systems, office supplies, and supporting the team with ad-hoc administrative tasks.
Experience 1–3+ years in bookkeeping, accounting, or administrative roles.
Experience with accounting software (e.g., AutoCount, SQL Accounting) and Microsoft Excel.
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
Ability to work independently, often supporting both sales and finance teams.
