Responsibilities :- - Manage and oversee the daily operations. - Ensure proper maintenance and upkeep of common property, facilities, equipment, and building systems. - Supervise building staff, technicians, contractors, and service providers to ensure works are carried out properly and according to requirements. - Attend to residents’ enquiries, complaints, reports, and correspondence relating to building management matters. - Prepare and submit regular reports, incident reports, and operational updates to the Management Committee. - Assist the Management Corporation (MC) / Joint Management Body (JMB) in implementing and enforcing house rules, by-laws, and requirements under the Strata Management Act 2013 (Act 757). - Attend Management Committee meetings and provide professional advice on building operations matters. - Liaise with local authorities, government agencies, and relevant parties on property management and maintenance issues. Requirements :- - Experience managing condominium/apartment strata properties will be an added advantage. - Familiar with the Strata Management Act 2013 (Act 757) and strata property operations. - Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. - Able to work independently, manage priorities, and handle site operations effectively. - Possess good reporting, documentation, and administrative skills.

Requirements: - • Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in property management/ building management/ administration. • Experience in condominium or strata property management is an advantage. • Good communication skills and able to deal with residents, committee members and contractors. • Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin is an advantage. • Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks. • Possess own transport.
