-Arranges and displays products in stores to make them look good and easy to find. -Keeps track of stock and ensures products are restocked when needed. -Watches what competitors are doing and understands what customers want. -Talks to store staff and customers, then shares feedback or ideas with the sales team. -Helps set up sales or special promotions to increase product visibility. -Often visits different stores to ensure everything is in place and products are well-stocked.
Skills Needed: -Good communication, observation, and interpersonal skills. -Basic computer knowledge, especially Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. -Able to work independently with minimum supervision. -Possess basic understanding of market trends, competitors, products, and customer needs. -Strong merchandising and organizational skills. -Must possess a valid motorcycle licence and be willing to travel within the assigned territory.
