Copier Technician (MFP / Photocopier)

Salary

RM2,400 – RM3,000 per month
(Salary offered based on working experience and technical skills)

We are expanding our Technical Service Team and are looking for an experienced Senior Copier Technician who is passionate about troubleshooting and providing excellent customer service.

Candidates who can start work immediately will be given priority.

Job Responsibilities
Install, service and maintain photocopier and multifunction printer (MFP) machines
Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and machine-related issues
Replace consumable parts such as drum, developer, blade, rollers, toner and other components
Perform preventive maintenance and machine servicing
Attend on-site customer service calls
Complete service reports and update job status
Ensure customer issues are resolved professionally and efficiently
Work independently with minimum supervision

Job Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Copier / Photocopier Technician
Able to independently diagnose, repair and complete service jobs
Experience servicing Konica Minolta, Canon, Ricoh, Fujifilm or similar copier brands is an advantage
Good troubleshooting and technical problem-solving skills
Able to work both independently and as part of a team
Good working attitude, responsible and punctual
Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia, English and/or Mandarin
Possess a valid driving licence and own motorcycle or transport
Able to travel to customer sites

Working Hours
Monday – Friday: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM
Saturday: 8:30 AM – 1:00 PM
