Wallmaster Holdings Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a dedicated, highly organized, and proactive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and executive support to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO).
Requirements:
1. Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Business Management, Secretarial or any related field.
2. At least 3 years of working experience as a Personal Assistant, Administration Assistant, an Executive, Secretary or in a similar role.
3. Male or Female with excellent organizational and time management skills.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Able to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
6. Possess a valid Class D driving licence and be willing to travel or drive when required.
7. Able to work in Section 25 Shah Alam.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage the CEO's daily schedule, appointments, and meetings.
2. Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and meeting minutes.
3. Coordinate business travel arrangements, accommodation, and itineraries.
4. Liaise with internal departments, clients, suppliers, and external stakeholders on behalf of the CEO.
5. Handle confidential documents and information with professionalism.
6. Assist in following up on projects, action items, and executive decisions.
7. Perform ad hoc duties and special assignments as directed by the CEO.
