About the role

We are seeking an experienced Patrolling Officer to join our dynamic team at
MSI SECURITY SDN. BHD. in KAJANG Selangor. As a Patrolling Officer, you will
play a crucial role in maintaining the security and safety of our clients'
premises. This full-time position offers a competitive salary and the

What you'll be doing
1. Conducting regular patrols of assigned areas to monitor for any suspicious
activity or potential security breaches
2. Responding promptly to security alarms and incidents, and taking
appropriate action
3. Maintaining thorough and accurate records of all patrols, incidents, and
actions taken
4. Providing excellent customer service to clients and ensuring their security
needs are met
5. Collaborating with the security team to implement and improve security
protocols
6. Adhering to all company policies, procedures, and health and safety
guidelines
7. Submitting Monthly Reports to clients
What we're looking for
1. Previous experience in a security or patrolling role, preferably in the
Trades & Services industry
2. Strong observation and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make
quick decisions in emergency situations
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to
interact with clients and colleagues effectively
4. Physical fitness and the ability to work on your feet for extended periods
5. Clear KDN Vetting
6. Reliable and punctual, with a commitment to providing high-quality service
7. Basic Computer Skills
