PLANTATION MANAGER / ASSISTANT
Responsibilities :
• Responsible for field operations, maintenance, upkeep, harvesting, transportation & infrastructure.
• To look into cost control & budgeting.
• Regular communication & preparation of reports to head office.
• Planning & implementing work schedule to achieve goals and targets.
• To conduct close monitoring and to ensure that all operations and activities and within the Estate are according to the practice and guideline provided by the Company.
• Managing the estate according to the sustainability requirements.
• To perform ad-hoc or any others tasks / assignments from time to time.
• Experience in Oil palm planting.

Requirements :
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Agriculture/Forestry/Plantation Management or equivalent.
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the Oil Palm Plantation industry is required for this position.
• Preferably Senior Executive specialised in Agriculture (Oil Palm).
• Applicants must be willing to be based in Pahang.
• Understanding of MSPO, ISCC and RSPO Requirement is an added advantage.
