Job Description
Quality Assurance & Control (Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics)
Responsibilities & Qualifications
• Able to do data compilation & consolidation for month reporting.
• Able to perform Quality control & call monitoring.
• Able to manage the documentation and related job task.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, charts, formulas.
• Familiarity with basic data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
• Familiarity with tools like Microsoft Word, Visio, or Notion for documentation.
Requirements
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, and other language are an advantage.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Kuchai Lama.
• Preferably executive or non-executives specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
• Require working shift or normal working hour.
