- Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and Bills of Quantities (BQ). - Manage project progress claims, variation orders (VO), and subcontractor evaluations. - Review tender documents, contracts, and project specifications. - Monitor project costs and ensure expenditures remain within budget. - Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors on commercial matters. - Prepare project reports and maintain proper documentation.
Requirements: - Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field. - Minimum 3–5 years of relevant working experience as a Quantity Surveyor. - Good knowledge of construction contracts, cost control, and tendering processes. - Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills. - Able to work independently and meet project deadlines.
