Immediate Opening: Account Assistant (Full-Time)
Location: Jalan Lintas, Kota Kinabalu, Sabah
Working Hours: Mon - Friday 9:00 AM ā 5:30 PM
: Saturday - 9.00 AM - 3.30 PM
Job Overview:
The Accounting Assistant will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of financial information, and assisting with the management of accounting records and reports. This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and an interest in accounting operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update financial records, ensuring they are accurate and up-to-date.
- Process invoices, payments, and other accounts payable tasks.
- Enter financial data into accounting software and systems.
- Help generate financial statements and reports for review by senior accountants.
- Provide general administrative support, including filing and organizing financial documents.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Fresh Graduate
- A diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in accounting or finance is an advantage but not required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel; experience with SQL accounting software
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
