-Prepare quotations, sales orders, invoices, and delivery orders. -Process customer orders and ensure timely follow-up. -Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and internal departments. -Maintain accurate sales records and update customer databases. -Assist the sales team with documentation and administrative tasks. -Respond to customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service. -Monitor order status and coordinate deliveries. -Prepare sales reports and perform general administrative duties as assigned.
