Sales Associate

We are seeking a reliable, high-energy Full-Time Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will play a central role in driving daily store sales, delivering exceptional customer service, and ensuring smooth day-to-day store operations. Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Customer Engagement
Drive Sales: Proactively greet customers, identify their needs, and provide expert product recommendations to meet and exceed individual and store sales targets.

Product Knowledge: Stay up to date on product features, brand stories, active promotions, and inventory levels to act as a trusted advisor.

Customer Loyalty: Sign up customers for membership/loyalty programs and build lasting customer relationships.



2. Store Operations & Visual Merchandising
Merchandising: Ensure store displays, mannequins, and product shelves follow visual brand guidelines and remain fully stocked and visually appealing.

Inventory Handling: Assist in receiving stock, counting inventory during audits, tagging items, and maintaining an organized stockroom.

Store Upkeep: Maintain high standard of store cleanliness, organization, and safety across the sales floor.


3. POS & Cashiering
Process Transactions: Efficiently and accurately process payments (Cash, Credit/Debit, E-wallets) using the POS system.

Policy Enforcement: Handle customer returns, exchanges, and complaints in strict adherence to company guidelines.

Requirements & Qualifications
Education: SPM / High School Diploma / Diploma or equivalent.

Experience: Minimum 1 year of retail sales or customer service experience preferred.

Availability: Able to work full-time hours, including rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Skills:

Strong communication and active listening skills in English (and local languages like Malay/Mandarin depending on region).

Target-driven with a customer-first mindset.

Basic computer and math skills for cash handling and store stock systems.

Physical Demands: Ability to stand and move around for extended periods and lift boxes up to 15 kg.
