Job Description:
A Store & Packing Coordinator manages daily order fulfillment, inventory, and supplies, ensuring efficient picking, packing, labeling, and shipment of products while maintaininganorganized stockroom and coordinating with suppliers and couriers, focusing on accuracy, timeliness, and safety for online and physical store operations.
Key Responsibilities:
1) Order Fulfillment: Picking, packing, labeling, and preparing customer orders for shipment.
2) Inventory Management: Monitoring stock levels, conducting stock counts, managing stock movements, and arranging for inbound/outbound goods.
3) Supply Chain Coordination: Managing packing materials (boxes, bubble wrap).
4) Operational Efficiency: Ensuring clean, organized work areas, maintaining logs, reporting issues, and adhering to safety protocols.
5) Reporting: Completing daily/weekly reports on operations, stock, and performance.
Core Duties:
- Assemble orders accurately and neatly.
- Ensure timely dispatch of parcels.
- Monitor and replenish packing supplies.
- Handle stock adjustments and reconciliation.
Requirement:
- 3 years working experience in the related field
- Preferably with SQL system knowledge / WMS
- Required language(s) : English, Bahasa MalaysiaAble to work at height
