Service Crew Restaurant

Greet and serve customers in a friendly and professional manner
Take customer orders carefully and make sure food and drinks are served on time
Promote menu items and recommend special dishes to customers
Maintain cleanliness of dining area and workstations
Assist in inventory management
Handle basic cashiering and POS transactions
Assist with opening and closing duties.
Work together with the kitchen and team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
Follow all company SOPs, food safety rules, hygiene practices, and service standards.

Qualifications & Required Skills

Minimum SPM (or equivalent), fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Relevant working experience in the F&B industry.
Good understanding of food safety standards and customer service best practices.
Strong communication and team work skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitasking.
Familiarity with basic POS systems.
