Site Supervisor

-Supervise and monitor daily cleaning operations at assigned sites.
-Ensure all cleaners report for duty according to the scheduled roster.
-Monitor staff attendance, punctuality and work performance.
-Arrange replacement workers in cases of absence or emergency leave.
-Ensure cleaning tasks are carried out according to SOP and client requirements.
-Conduct regular site inspections to maintain cleanliness and service standards.
-Monitor cleaning equipment, machinery, chemicals and supplies.
-Handle client complaints and resolve site operational issues promptly.
-Prepare and submit daily attendance, site inspection and monthly reports.
-Ensure sufficient manpower at all times to avoid service disruptions and client penalties.
-Ensure all staff comply with company policies, safety procedures and workplace regulations.
-Report any operational issues to the Operations Manager.
