This epoxy resin is used to bond cork handles, EVA handles, and wheel seats with AB glue (it cannot be used where the wire is looped).



It is especially suitable for anglers to make their own DIY fishing rods (raft rods, lure rods, etc.). It is easy to use and convenient for DIY. After curing, the inside is strong, making it a good choice for anglers to make their own DIY rod tips!

1. The product has moderate mixing viscosity, no irritating odor, and is environmentally friendly and non-toxic;

2. After mixing components A and B, they can be cured at room temperature without strict measurement;

3. The cured product has high bonding strength, good toughness, low shrinkage, and is resistant to impact and vibration;

4. The solidified material has excellent resistance to acid, alkali, water and oil media, and has good resistance to high temperature and atmospheric aging.

Instructions:

The surface of the object to be bonded should be kept dry and clean. Do not mix too much glue at one time. Mix components A and B according to the ratio requirements and stir them evenly before use. It is recommended that the mixed glue be used up within 30-40 minutes. It can be positioned 50-60 minutes after applying the glue. It reaches about 50% of the maximum strength in 3 hours and reaches the maximum strength after 24 hours.

6. Notes:

1. After mixing components A and B, be sure to stir evenly to avoid affecting curing;

2. After opening, components A and B must be kept sealed to prevent moisture absorption from affecting the curing effect;

3. The more glue is mixed together, the faster the gelling time will be;

4. The working environment should be ventilated and the material should be kept away from skin contact when in use;

5. Before using in large quantities, please try a small amount first to master the product usage skills to avoid mistakes;

6. This product is not a dangerous product and can be transported as a general chemical material. The packaging must not be damaged, tilted or inverted during transportation;

7. This product needs to be sealed and stored in a ventilated, light-proof, cool and dry place. The storage period is one year. It can continue to be used if it passes the test after the expiration date.
