Tender Executive

* Prepare, compile, and submit tender documents for government and private construction projects.
* Prepare quotations, Bills of Quantities (BQ), cost comparisons, and tender pricing documents.
* Manage tender submissions through relevant government and private-sector portals.
* Prepare and manage Purchase Orders (PO), Letters of Award (LOA), official letters, and other project-related documents.
* Assist with CIDB, MOF, and other company registration or tender compliance documentation.
* Coordinate with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and government departments regarding tender and administrative matters.
* Maintain proper filing, record keeping, and document control for tenders and projects.
* Handle general office administration, data entry, and correspondence.
* Monitor tender deadlines and ensure all submissions are complete and submitted on time.
* Perform other duties as assigned by management.
