Welder

• Perform metal fabrication, welding piping/ flange/ plate bar, oxy cutting, burning, pipe fitting, modification piping transformer.
• Performs stainless steel material cutting using plasma.
• Performs welding (6G) position using TIG and SMAW
• Performs plastic material welding for installation and repair of POLY pipes and tanks.
• Familiar with welding symbols and its application
• Minimize wastage of material and consumables
• Works to achieve strict deadline / schedule.
• To manage and ensure sufficient material of various materials is available for fabrication works.
• Read and interpret drawings and blueprint to determine the specific welding requirement.
• Keep the working area and welding bay clean and tidy and take proper care of all equipment and facilities in the work area.
• Provide attention to details on task given and works to the highest quality of workmanship.
