Job Description
Key Responsibilities
1) Handle day-to-day accounting operations, including data entry and bookkeeping
2) Prepare and maintain financial records, ledgers, and journals
3) Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
4) Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities
5) Prepare bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow
6) Support the preparation of financial reports and statements
7) Ensure compliance with accounting standards, policies, and regulations
8) Coordinate with external auditors and provide required documentation for yearly audits
9) Process invoices, payments, and receipts accurately and on time
10) Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
11) Maintain organized and updated filing systems for financial documents
12) Work closely with other departments to resolve financial discrepancies
13) Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic IT literacy
14) Strong organizational and multitasking skills
15) Good communication and interpersonal abilities
16) Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
17) Strong attention to detail and accuracy
18) Ability to work independently and as part of a team
19) Problem-solving skills and a proactive working attitude
20) Ability to coordinate office activities and manage office supplies
21) Familiarity with basic HR, procurement, or accounting tasks is an added advantage
