Accounts & Finance Executive

We are an High Voltage Electrical Consultancy company looking for a responsible, committed, and detail-oriented Accounts & Finance Executive to join our growing team.

### Job Responsibilities
* Prepare customer invoices and project claims
* Maintain accounting ledger and financial records
* Monitor accounts receivable and follow up customer payments
* Handle clients payments and finance documentation
* Assist in tax submission and compliance matters
* Liaise with auditor, tax agent, and external parties
* Support monthly finance reporting and cashflow monitoring
* Ensure proper filing and documentation of financial records
* Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by management

### Requirements
* Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
* 2–5 years working experience in accounting/finance
* Experience in engineering/project-based environment is an advantage
* Familiar with accounting software (SQL/AutoCount/etc.)
* Good communication and organizational skills
* Able to work independently and meet deadlines
* Responsive to management demands
* Able to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure working environment
* Hardworking, committed, and willing to learn
* Prefer candidates with long-term working commitment
* Able to multitask and handle urgent tasks efficiently
* Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office, email, and internet usage
* Strong sense of responsibility and good working attitude
