* Gathering and organising financial documents, including income statements, expense records, and receipts.
* Inputting data into tax preparation software or spreadsheets.
* Calculating taxable income, deductions, and credits.
* Conducting research on tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance and accuracy.
* Communicating with clients to gather necessary information and answer basic tax-related questions.
* Maintaining confidentiality and data security of clients' financial information.
* Assisting with general administrative tasks related to tax preparation.
