Accounts & Finance Executive (Automotive Industry)

We are looking for an Accounts & Finance Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling the full set of daily finance operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, payment processing, and data entry. You will also be required to verify and reconcile customer payments against quotations before releasing vehicle registrations.

Your responsibilities will include preparing official receipts and payment vouchers, ensuring accurate daily closing of accounts, processing invoices, performing bank reconciliations, and maintaining proper daily, weekly, and monthly transaction records. You will also assist in cash flow monitoring, projections, and expense analysis to support management reporting and business decisions.

The role requires close coordination with auditors, tax agents, banks, government authorities, internal teams, sales staff, and suppliers to ensure smooth financial operations and documentation flow. You will also help maintain and update standard operating procedures to improve compliance, efficiency, and accuracy.

Candidates should possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or an equivalent field, with 1 to 3 years of relevant working experience in accounting or finance. Familiarity with AutoCount or other accounting software is required, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
