Job Description
We are looking for a responsible and organized Admin to support daily office operations, documentation, and coordination between departments.
Key Responsibilities
Handle daily administrative tasks (filing, data entry, documentation)
Prepare quotations, invoices, and basic reports
Manage emails, calls, and correspondence professionally
Coordinate with internal teams (sales, technical, accounts)
Maintain proper records of projects, staff, and clients
Assist in procurement and inventory tracking
Support HR/admin matters (attendance, leave records, etc.)
Ensure office operations run smoothly
Preferred (for our industry – ELV / Security)
Experience in handling quotations, tenders, or project documents
Familiar with CIDB, invoicing, or contractor documentation
Able to coordinate with technical teams (CCTV, access control, etc.)
