HOW TO PREPARE:
1. Add 70ml water and 160ml butter milk (dairy/vegan) to 100g Gluten Free Thosai Mix.
2. Adjust water as per desired consistency, Stir until it becomes smooth.
3. Add salt, chilli, spices as per taste.
(You can also add onion, garlic, ginger, black pepper, coriander leaves, any other spices or condiments as per taste)
4. Heat non-stick pan on high flame for 5 minutes. Pour batter and spread it in a circular manner.
5.Cook both sides. Serve hot with chutney and sambhar of your choice
