HOW TO PREPARE :
1. Add water to 100 gm Vada mix as per the instructions on packet. Make the batter.
2. Add salt, chilli, onion, potato, cabbage etc as per taste.
(Other spices and vegetables can be added too ie fenugreek leaves, coriander leaves, cumin seeds, garlic, turmeric powder, ginger, salt)
3. Make small balls and pour it in hot oil and fry
4. Serve hot with sauce and chutney
