Collections / Business Manager

BASIC FROM RM 3,000 TO RM 3,500

We are currently recruit for the Manager who is passionate and wish to excel in this industry with more than 4-figures monthly income and corporate ladder opportunity.
Our company will provide:

• Basic salary, EPF, Socso, EIS, Incentive and Bonus.

Responsibilities:
• oversee department objectives through the development and execution of budget business plans
• establish goals and targets for the collection of payments
• prepare monthly feedback reports on the collection of payments
implement policies and procedures for the collection of outstanding debts to prevent excessive amounts owing
• investigate and locate missing client or financial information that's essential for the employees to perform their duties effectively
• employ, train, and evaluate employees within the collections department to ensure enough personnel are available to handle the workload

Requirements:
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Good working attitude and independent
• Customer service-related experience or sales experience
• Well verse in communication
• Valid driving license
