Credit Recovery Team Leader (With Experience)

To ensure that specific credit collection goals are achieved through guidance,
counseling, monitoring and motivation within the team while continuing to
track and negotiate the settlement of customer outstanding debts.

✅ Age must be above than 20 to 40 years only.
✅ Override Commission Rate (0.3%) & Personal Commission Rate (2%).
✅ Preferably those experienced with debt collection agency.
✅ Team leadership skills, able to give proper training and guidance to staff
under his/her supervision.
